PDF Press Pilot is an EnVision Direct company.
Local PDF processing
PDF Press Pilot processes production PDF files locally on your Windows computer during normal use. Production PDFs are not uploaded to PDF Press Pilot as part of ordinary PDF processing.
License activation
Online activation, validation and deactivation may transmit information needed to manage a software license, such as the license key, activation instance, license status and device-related identification. Production PDF files are not included in normal licensing requests.
Purchases and subscriptions
Checkout, payment processing, subscription billing, taxes and related transaction information may be handled by an authorized commerce provider. That provider processes payment information according to its own privacy practices.
Support communications
If you contact support, we may receive the information you send to us, including your email address, screenshots, error details and files you voluntarily provide for troubleshooting.
Website data
The production website may use essential hosting logs and, if enabled later, limited analytics to understand site performance and usage. We will update this policy if additional tracking or analytics services are introduced.
Data retention
Support and licensing information may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide service, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
